Natalia joined the payments industry five years ago and quickly became addicted to the constant challenge of innovating in a market that grows and evolves so rapidly. Her passion for marketing and branding matched perfectly with the need that financial institutions have to achieve their clients’ desires; the solutions she designed for payments, card management, infrastructure monitoring, test and fraud prevention are always customer-centric. Natalia has a System Engineer degree and over nine years of experience in design and delivery of integrated IT solutions, providing consultancy to major companies in the Latin America market. Prior to payments she has worked in the retailer, telecommunication and healthcare industries.


Natalia se unió a la industria financiera hace 5 años y rápidamente sintió la adicción al desafío de la búsqueda constante de innovación en un mercado de rápido crecimiento y evolución. Su pasión por marketing y branding combina perfectamente con la necesidad de las Instituciones Financieras de alcanzar las expectativas de sus clientes; las soluciones que ella diseña para pagos, Card Management, infraestructura, monitoreo, testing y prevención de fraude cuentan siempre con un enfoque Customer Centric.

Natalia cuenta con el título de Ingeniera en Sistemas y más de 9 años de experiencia en el diseño y delivery de soluciones de IT integrales, brindando consultaría a las principales empresas del mercado Latinoamericano.Antes de unirse a la industria de pagos, trabajo para los segmentos de telecomunicaciones, salud y retailer.

    As a professional in Latin American electronic payments, I often forget how it is to live not knowing what’s going on backstage every time I use my cards. My specialization makes me aware of trends worldwide, so while traveling, I’m able to analyze different technologies in action. My consumer side, also known as my ‘shopaholic’ side, exposes me to multiple situations, since any trip—be it business or leisure—always provides a good opportunity to shop. On a recent trip, I had the chance to experiment with my Argentinian cards during a semi-long-term stay. While out of country for 40 days, I experienced first-hand the challenges that consumers encounter with the EMV payments barrier.
