This ensures customers of all sizes get the attention they deserve to ensure their commercial future can be as successful as possible when supported by ACI.
Within Professional Services, the focus is on the pre-sales phase, managing contracts, forecasting revenue and providing target account governance.
New Business Development
Our New Business Development team plays the front-line role for prospecting, selling and managing sales opportunities to a close.
The Sales Development team qualifies new opportunities to enable the broader sales team to spend more time meeting with decision-makers.
The Solution Consulting team focuses on understanding and addressing customers’ key challenges and ensuring all customer business objectives are met.
Technical consulting analyzes clients’ needs and focuses on identifying technical solutions for customers to implement process improvements.
Within Account Management, our focus is to be up to speed on the industry and offerings to better market ACI’s products and services to customers.
The Customer Success team strives to ensure long-term customer relationships by maximizing retention and maintaining customer loyalty.
The Sales Management function is responsible for sales strategy and planning, leading our sales reps and helping deliver ACI offerings to existing prospective customers.
Our Program Management team coordinates multiple larger and complex customer-facing and internal programs.
