NAPLES, Fla.—July 9, 2020—ACI Worldwide (NASDAQ: ACIW), a leading global provider of real-time electronic payment and banking solutions, today announced that it has been named as a major vendor in Quadrant Solutions’ 2020 SPARK Matrix analysis of the global enterprise fraud management market.

The SPARK Matrix is a competitive analysis that assesses technology vendors based on their respective product offerings, market presence and customer value propositions. This Matrix included thirteen leading Enterprise Fraud Management (EFM) vendors. ACI received strong overall ratings across the performance parameters of technology excellence and customer impact.

ACI offers banks and intermediaries a 360-degree approach to enterprise fraud management with its UP Payments Risk Management solution. Its flexible payments intelligence solution is designed to combat both existing and emerging fraud threats using a superior combination of machine learning, fraud and payments data, and advanced analytics. Earlier this year, ACI announced the launch of its ‘Incremental Learning’ technology – an innovative industry-first approach to machine learning that enhances fraud detection for merchants and financial institutions and their customers. ACI’s machine learning models quickly and efficiently analyze all available features and data points, which are then turned into intelligence that builds customer profiles, spots fraud signals and combats emerging fraud threats.

“We are honored to be positioned as an Enterprise Fraud Management leader. We have designed and implemented advanced risk management technology for more than two decades and this recognition is testament to our great team of risk experts,” said Fabian Gloerfeld, head of Payments Intelligence, ACI Worldwide. “Our solutions deliver organizations real-time, customer-centric fraud prevention, helping them dramatically reduce payments fraud in this rapidly evolving market.”
