Please call or fax your credit card information and we will return a verification number to you via fax or e-mail. Please note: For security reasons, please do not submit your credit card number via e-mail or include your credit card number on registration forms completed on the Internet.

When faxing or telephoning credit card information, please include the following:
• Type of card
• Card number
• Name on the card
• Expiration date
• If address on card is different than above, please provide:
o Address
o City, State, Country
o Postal Code

Do not mail registrations after 1 September 2008. If you do not meet the mailing deadline, please bring your payment to Scottsdale, AZ and pay at the registration desk. If ACE has not received your payment, you will not be admitted to the sessions or events until payment is made. There will be no exceptions.

To register for the conference, please complete the conference registration form and fax or mail it to:

Participants will not be allowed to attend the conference or exhibit area unless all conference fees have been paid in full. Payment can be made by check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express).

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation notification must be received no later than 29 August 2008, to receive a refund. Refunds will not be issued after 29 August 2008.

Room rate for this year’s ACE Annual Meeting is
US$199

Additionally there will be a $12 roundtrip per room bellman service charge. Daily housekeeper service charges will be $4.00 per night and will be added to the guestroom account.

Please make hotel reservations early. The conference room block frequently sells out prior to the published date. A limited number of rooms are available after 12 August 2008. Any remaining rooms will be released for sale to the general public. Reservations are guaranteed by first and last night’s stay deposit made with cash, check or major credit card. Please state that you are attending the ACI Customer Exchange (ACE) User Group meeting.

Dress at the ACI Customer Exchange User Group meeting and related events is business casual.

The conference will be held in English.

Guests
All adult guests are invited to attend the following ACE functions:

Sunday 14 September	ACE Reception	6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Monday 15 September	ACI Worldwide Social Event	5:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Tuesday 16 September	Vendor Reception	5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

The guest registration fee is US$100 per guest. You may enclose the additional amount with your meeting registration or pay at the registration desk when you pick up your registration material.

ACE Door Prizes
Two door prizes will be awarded in a drawing to individuals who complete and submit their meeting evaluation forms. One prize will be given away for filling out the evaluation form and one prize for attendance at the business meeting. Attendance is required to win door prizes.

Vendor Area
The ACE vendor area will be open on Tuesday 16 September from 7:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. with dedicated exhibit hours during breakfast, lunch and breaks and the vendor reception from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. Stop by and learn about the latest in new technology. During your visit, you will also have the opportunity to win door prizes from the exhibiting vendors.
