Expectations from end-users of cash management technology continue to increase, and ACI continues to innovate to meet demands of its bank clients.”
Ralph Dangelmaier, president of the Americas channel at ACI Worldwide said, “The results of this research build on our previous success in this detailed study, and demonstrate the value that we can help banks deliver to their customers. Online services are gaining in importance for businesses of all sizes, and ACI’s consistent results for both mid market and large corporates demonstrate the product’s functionality and flexibility in a cost-effective solution. Our customer base is competing with banks investing significant resources into in-house systems.”

In preparing this study, Greenwich spends more than 20 hours viewing and analyzing each platform using in-person reviews, online demos, user guides, marketing collateral, and subsequent parallel evaluations.
