Please call or fax your credit card information and we will return a verification number to you via fax or e-mail. Please note: For security reasons, please do not submit your credit card number via e-mail or include your credit card number on registration forms completed on the Internet.

Do not mail registrations after 26 May 2010. If you do not meet the mailing deadline, please bring your payment to Las Vegas, NV and pay at the registration desk. If ACE has not received your payment, you will not be admitted to the sessions or events until payment is made. There will be no exceptions.

Cancellation Policy
If your cancellation is received on or before 14 May 2010, you are entitled to a full refund. Refunds will not be issued after 14 May 2010.

We work diligently with the hotel to offer our attendees a reduced room rate for the conference. We strongly encourage you to make your hotel reservations with the conference hotel to help ACE meet room block obligations. Please make hotel reservations early. The conference room block frequently sells out prior to the published date. A limited number of rooms are available after 4 May 2010. All adult guests are invited to attend the following ACE functions:
Sunday, 6 June – ACE Reception – 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Monday, 7 June – ACI Worldwide Social Event – 6:15 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Tuesday, 8 June – Vendor Reception – 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
The guest registration fee is US$100 per guest. You may enclose the additional amount with your meeting registration or pay at the registration desk when you pick up your registration material.
ACE Door Prizes
Two door prizes will be awarded in a drawing to individuals who complete and submit their meeting evaluation forms. One prize will be given away for filling out the evaluation form and one prize for attendance at the business meeting. Attendance is required to win door prizes.
Vendor Area
The ACE vendor area will be open on Tuesday, 8 June from 7:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. with dedicated exhibit hours during breakfast, lunch and breaks. The vendor reception will be from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. Exhibitors will be showing their latest technology and during your visit, you will also have the opportunity to win door prizes from the exhibiting vendors.
