Information Management Module
The Payments Manager information management module enables users to analyze transaction information, produce online reports, and generate key business performance indicators and product performance statistics.
Settlement Module
The Payments Manager settlement module automates many of the crucial functions associated with validating and settling funds between account holders and EFT networks. The solution provides automatic reconciliation functions and configurable clearing account definition, fee processing, funds movement and posting file settings. The settlement module supports a full feature exception processing module for chargeback and adjustments settlement, as well as a comprehensive set of reports.
Account Management Module
The Payments Manager account management module is a flexible, parameter-driven card management program that supports the setup, issuance and daily management of a variety of card programs, as well as emerging electronic payment accounts. With this module, users can set up and manage entire card programs right down to the individual cardholder account for authorization limits, issue and reissue cycles, fee processing, maintenance and customer service. It offers a comprehensive online view of customer account activity and maintenance history as well as complete reporting.
Prepaid Balance Management Module
The Payments Manager prepaid balance management module enables issuers and program managers of prepaid products to centralize the customer, card and account management for almost all prepaid product types — including closed-loop and network-branded (or open-loop) prepaid cards. Features of this module include the ability to customize dormancy schedules, establish flexible fee schedules, and to segment portfolio hierarchies based on the different business demands of each prepaid product type supported. This module is a key component of ACI's prepaid solutions.
