All communications will be received and processed by the Corporate Secretary of ACI. The Corporate Secretary will forward inquiries relating to accounting, internal controls and auditing matters to the Chairman of the Audit Committee. Inquiries relating to the director nomination process or corporate governance will be directed to the Chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Inquiries relating to officer or director compensation will be directed to the Chairman of the Compensation Committee. All other inquiries will be directed to the Chairman of the Board. Any inquiries addressed to a particular board member will be forwarded to that person.
