Phil HeasleyPhilip G. Heasley,
President and Chief Executive Officer,
ACI Worldwide, Inc.

Mr. Heasley was named president and CEO of TSA in March 2005. He is a 32-year veteran of payment systems and financial services. Before joining the company, he was Chairman and CEO of Paypower LLC. From 2000 to 2003, he was Chairman and CEO of First USA Bank, the credit card subsidiary of Bank One. Prior to joining First USA, Mr. Heasley spent 13 years in executive positions at U.S. Bancorp, including six years as Vice Chairman and the last two years as President and Chief Operating Officer. Before joining U.S. Bancorp, Mr. Heasley spent 13 years at Citicorp, including three years as President and COO of Diners Club, Inc.

Mr. Heasley served as Chairman of the Board of Visa USA from 1996 until November 2003 and was a member of the Board of Visa International during the same period. Mr. Heasley also serves or has served as a director of Fidelity National Financial, Inc., Ohio Casualty Corporation, Fair Isaac Corporation, Kintera Inc., The Schwan Food Company, Inc., and Public Radio International. Mr. Heasley holds a B.A. from Marist College and an M.B.A. from Bernard Baruch Graduate School of Business.


Ron TotaroJ. Ronald Totaro,
Chief Operating Officer,
ACI Worldwide, Inc.

Mr. Totaro joined the Company in March 2008 and is responsible for strategic planning, sales operations and global products. Prior to joining ACI, he was vice president and general manager of global credit scoring solutions at Fair Isaac Corporation. Mr. Totaro was vice president of interactive marketing and media at AOL Time Warner from 2000 to 2002 and previously held management positions at Andersen Consulting LLP, GE Capital Corporation and American Express TRS Company. Mr. Totaro holds an undergraduate degree from the State University of New York and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.


Scott BehrensScott Behrens,

Mr. Behrens serves as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Behrens joined ACI in June 2007. Prior to joining ACI, Mr. Behrens served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at SITEL Corporation from January 2005 to June 2007. He also served as Vice President of Financial Reporting at SITEL Corporation from April 2003 to January 2005. From 1993 to 2003, Mr. Behrens served as a Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche, LLP. Mr. Behrens holds a B.S. (Honors) from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln.


Dennis ByrnesDennis Byrnes,

Mr. Byrnes serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Mr. Byrnes joined the Company in June 2003. Mr. Byrnes served as First Vice President and Senior Counsel for Bank One Corporation from October 2002 to June 2003. From April 1996 to November 2001, Mr. Byrnes was with Sterling Commerce, Inc., an electronic commerce software and services company, where he served in several capacities, including as that company’s general counsel.


Ralph DangelmaierRalph Dangelmaier,
President – Global Markets and Services,

Ralph Dangelmaier was named President - Global Markets and Services in June 2009 having previously been President of the Americas Channel. He is responsible for ACI Worldwide's channel marketing, sales and services business. Before joining ACI Worldwide in 2006 Mr. Dangelmaier was CEO of P&H Solutions where he was responsible for developing corporate strategies, products and services. Prior to joining P&H in 1996, Mr. Dangelmaier held operations, IT and sales positions at BankBoston, A.G. Edwards and SunGard. Mr. Dangelmaier is a graduate of Stonehill College.

Louis Blatt, Ph.D., joined ACI Worldwide from CA in April 2009. At CA, Louis was senior vice president of Business Development and Strategy, and was the driving force behind CA’s market leading EITM strategy. He focused on extending CA’s global leadership in the IT management market to meet customers’ rapidly changing business, technical and operational requirements. Louis brings nearly 25 years’ experience in the technology industry helping software companies to develop winning strategies, efficiently bring successful product lines to market, and grow market share, and has published widely on user interface design methods and business implications. Louis graduated from Susquehanna University and received his Ph.D. and master’s degree from Boston University.



Charles H. LinbergCharles H. Linberg,
Chief Technology Officer,
ACI Worldwide, Inc.

Charles H. Linberg is the Chief Technology Officer of ACI Worldwide. In this capacity he is responsible for the architectural direction of ACI products including the formation of platform, middleware and integration strategies. A graduate of the University of Delaware, Charlie joined ACI in 1988 and has served in various technical management roles including vice president of Payment Systems, vice president of Architecture and Technology, vice president of BASE24 development and vice president of Network Systems. Prior to joining ACI, Charlie was vice president of research and development at XRT, Inc., where he led the development of XRT’s proprietary fault-tolerant LAN/WAN communications middleware, relational database and 4GL products.


Craig MakiCraig Maki,
Senior VP, Corporate Development Officer,
ACI Worldwide, Inc.

Mr. Maki serves as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development Officer. Mr. Maki joined the Company in June 2006. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Maki served as Senior Vice President for Stephens, Inc. from 1999 through 2006. From 1994 - 1999, Mr. Maki was a Director in the Corporate Finance group at Arthur Andersen and from 1991 - 1994, he was a Senior Consultant at Andersen Consulting. Mr. Maki graduated from the University of Wyoming and received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Denver.


David N. MoremDavid N. Morem,
Senior Vice President, Global Customer Operations,
ACI Worldwide, Inc.

Mr. Morem joined ACI Worldwide in June of 2005 and was named Chief Administrative Officer of the company in October. Prior to joining ACI, Mr. Morem held executive positions at GE Home Loans, Bank One Card Services and U.S. Bank. Mr. Morem brings more than 25 years of experience in process management, finance, credit operations, credit policy and change management. Mr. Morem holds a B.A. degree from the University of Minnesota and an M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas.


Jeremy WilmotJeremy Wilmot,
President, Asia Pacific Region,
ACI Worldwide, Inc.

Mr. Wilmot was named President of the Asia Pacific (AP) Channel in October 2006. He is responsible for the sales and services business in AP and lives in Singapore. He joined ACI in 1999 and managed the Western Europe and African operations from Spain and before that South Africa. Prior to ACI Mr. Wilmot worked for ICL (now Fujitsu) where he served in several capacities including as International Sales Manager for financial services solutions across Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa. He holds a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies.
