ACI Fellowship
ACI recognizes the importance of our best and brightest technical leaders, and also realizes that their career goals may not include people management. Therefore ACI has developed a program that offers our top technical performers a career path to the top of our organization without requiring a transition to management.
ACI Fellows are thought leaders in the payments industry. They think broadly and develop technology strategies closely aligned with ACI’s business strategies. The Fellow designation is equivalent to a Vice President at ACI in both status and compensation. Fellows receive additional personal and professional development opportunities, including preferred participation in research activities and participation in ACI’s Technology Review Board. Our Fellows represent ACI and its solutions to our customers, our partners and to external technical communities, including contributions to internal and external industry publications.
Our Fellows offer expert-level guidance on the key technologies that impact ACI’s current and future solutions. They drive our technology strategies and ensure they are aligned with ACI’s business objectives. It’s not just about building great solutions – they will help us build great people. They are mentors, developing junior technicians and grooming our future Fellows.
