About HELP24 customer support
The HELP24 organization provides technical support for ACI products, and tracks, investigates and resolves customer cases in a timely manner. Customers have the flexibility to interact with HELP24 at any time via the web, telephone or email. From product questions to software fixes, HELP24 is there to help.
In addition to hotline assistance, the HELP24 eSupport Portal allows registered users to search a database of past questions and fixes, access technical documentation, check the current status of any open case, or add information to an existing case.
If you do not already have an eSupport customer ID, please email globalhelp24support@aciworldwide.com and request an eSupport Portal customer ID and password.
