We’d like you to meet a few of our employees. Since ACI believes it is important to balance work and leisure, the following tells you a little bit about what employees do during and after work. As a lead account manager in Omaha, NE, USA, Janet trains the new account managers and handles ACI’s business relationship with customers, ensuring they are jazzed with our products and services. In her spare time, she sings various types of music (jazz, big band, madrigal) with bands and in theatrical productions.

Tim, a senior software engineer in Omaha, NE, USA, works in the fast lane, developing ATM and point-of-sale systems that allow people to get cash and make purchases all around the world. In his free time, he races a Mustang in SCCA’s Club Racing series reaching speeds of 150 mph.

Peg, a HELP24 analyst in Anchorage, Alaska, USA, assists customers with their questions concerning the BASE24 products. She wants to ensure that customers are happy with the product’s performance. In her free time, she sings with the Anchorage Opera chorus performing in numerous operas and the Top of the World Chorus, an affiliate of Sweet Adelines International. She also participates in Dancing Bears, an organization promoting traditional American music and dance in Alaska, and occasionally plays string bass with an old-time string band (whenever they are desperate and can’t get anyone else.) She has never lived in an igloo and enjoys the two Alaskan seasons: this winter and last winter. (Just kidding, folks)!

Rod, an account manager in Watford, England, sells our products in the emerging markets of Central and Eastern Europe. Getting our message across is not always easy because of language barriers. It is sometimes difficult being heard or understood, much like shouting across a crowded bar for another beer which is one of Rod’s favorite pastimes.

Greg, a systems engineer in Omaha, NE, USA, talks to our customers all over the world to help them resolve configuration issues and code bugs with our networking middleware product and the communication protocols it uses. At home, he’s a husband and father to the two most important people in his life.
