What is the ACI Customer Exchange?
The ACI Customer Exchange (ACE) is ACI Worldwide’s second-generation user group. ACE expands upon the success of the BASE24 User Group, founded in 1984, supporting the growth in ACI’s product families and hardware platforms.
The ACI Customer Exchange (ACE) is a sophisticated and highly effective user group organization whose membership is open to the entire ACI Worldwide customer base. ACE is a dynamic organization that is led by customers and represents a diverse geographic base of product users in multiple industry segments. ACE offers focused programs encompassing many facets of e-payments benefiting management, marketing, operations and technical support personnel.
Members have joined together for the following purposes:
- To promote and facilitate communication between the members of the user community.
- To work with ACI to ensure solutions continue to meet the current and future needs of the e-payments industry.
